My passion for leadership began in the military, was refined in my civilian professional career, and further developed on the athletic field where I spent more than seven years coaching youth soccer. Those experiences reinforced a lesson that has shaped my career:

Great teams are built by great leaders.

Professionally, I have spent nearly two decades leading, coaching, instructing, and developing people at every organizational level. Since 2012, I have designed and facilitated leadership and professional development programs for audiences ranging from frontline employees to executives, helping leaders build practical skills that improve communication, strengthen trust, develop culture, and drive meaningful results.

In 2022, I was honored to be named Recreational Coach of the Year by Rio Rapids Northern Soccer Club—a recognition that reinforced my belief that leadership extends far beyond wins and losses.

That belief ultimately led me to found Coaching for Coaches (C4C).

What began as a mission to better prepare athletic coaches has evolved into a leadership development organization serving athletic programs, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies. Whether working with coaches, managers, directors, or executive leadership teams, the focus remains the same:

Develop leaders who create stronger teams, healthier cultures, and lasting impact.

Every engagement is practical, interactive, and built around real-world application—not theory alone. Participants leave with actionable tools they can immediately implement to become more effective communicators, coaches, and leaders.
