Our shortest workshop aimed at strengthening a particular area of need within an organization - great for organizations that already have a strong culture but want to take their leadership to a higher level.
We recognize that devoting a full day to training can be difficult - enter the ½ day workshop. In this workshop, coaches receive training on the C4C leadership model on a condensed timeframe - follow-up sessions are highly encouraged to ensure those participating get the most from the training!
The Full Day workshop allows for the most complete coverage of the C4C coaching leadership model - more time is allocated for hands-on group activities as well as case studies. Follow-up sessions are highly recommended to make the training “stick” and allow for the greatest likelihood of long term success.
Combine a half or full day workshop with individual or group follow-up sessions; this model creates the greatest likelihood of success for implementation of what’s learned in the workshops and allows coaches to come back to share what they’ve learned after the workshop. Follow-up sessions can be conducted virtually for convenience but can also be conducted in-person.
